| Dynamo is a mercenary that first appeared in Mega Man X5. He works for whoever is the highest bidder. Unfortunately for Earth, it's Sigma. He was hired to send the space colony Eurasia crashing into the Earth. Even though it was a terrible event and many people died, Dynamo does not consider himself a Maverick. He still has his own mind, and only accepted the job from Sigma because he knew that the great heroes Zero and X could defeat him in the end. He attacks X, telling him that it was part of his job to distract him. However, unlike the Mavericks that X fought, Dynamo has a sense of self-preservation, and leaves before X can kill him. He appears again in Mega Man X6 as an optional boss for both X and Zero. He explains that he is collecting powerful Nightmare Souls (that had been scattered by Zero's viral form) to increase his own strength. He challenges X and Zero to battle, and leaves after being soundly thrashed again. No one knows what happened after that, or how he ended up at the Grand Line.
